My career development has improved significantly through this mentorship, especially in the areas of communication, networking, and problem-solving. I became much more confident in showing up to leaders, introducing myself, and building meaningful connections through both structured speed-networking sessions and informal conversations.

DeNisha encouraged us constantly, even offering a token of appreciation, which really motivated all of us. She answered every question, guided us patiently, and connected us with so many professionals. The experience was uplifting, inspiring, and genuinely transformative for my career development.

I learned about Fabric, PowerBI, and most importantly, SCRUM and applied it on a real project.

I have learnt a lot from my Mentor and her passion to see people grow and do better in this field is what inspires me. I feel there is nothing I can’t do if I put my mind to it and I am always willing to learn. It’s been a good transformative 3 months for me.
